This Statement does not apply to information collected or received through other means, to information collected by any third party, including websites or applications we may link to, or the collection, use, and sharing of deidentified or anonymous data. Additionally, depending on how you interact with us and which products and services (“Products”) you use, additional privacy policies, including third party privacy policies, may apply.

From time to time, we may clarify, revise, or update this Statement. This may include making changes to the way we collect, maintain, and store information. Information We Collect

We will ask you to provide your personal information to us when you during the initial onboarding process. We will also ask you to provide your personal information to us via the web site form or email. During the onboarding process, we will ask you to provide your name, home address, mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address. This information will be provided to the appropriate insurance carrier, given your specific needs/goals, as a prerequisite to the necessary approval process to become a client.

We will maintain a record of your information at the offices of West Coast Swiss Group so we can provide you with applicable and professional client service. The one exception being your Social Security Number, which at the conclusion of the onboarding process is no longer kept on file at any of the West Coast Swiss Group locations. Each employee has been instructed to maintain the privacy of each customer and the importance of protecting the customer's personal information.

When you become a client of West Coast Swiss Group, any premium payments are managed entirely by your specific insurance carrier. We do, however, maintain a record of your banking information that you provided. This is solely to allow us to service you as a client in the most efficient and professional manner.

We may collect personal information from:

You, on applications or other forms. Information we collect may include names, addresses, and social security numbers.
Third parties, including doctors, employers, and other insurers. Information we collect may include medical records, employment history and claim history.

Information Disclosure

Our company makes every effort to maintain absolute privacy while using our web site. If information is ever viewed by another party, it is purely accidental and by using our web site, you release us from any liability should this information be downloaded, viewed or retrieved against our privacy rules. We shall not be liable for any unlawful acts of others who steal this information through any means.

We do not sell nonpublic information to anyone. We do not disclose nonpublic personal information to our affiliates or to non-affiliated third parties, except as required or permitted by law. As permitted by law, we may share nonpublic information with companies that perform administrative or marketing services to us. By providing my phone number to Security Insurance Agency, I agree and acknowledge that Security Insurance Agency may send text messages to my wireless phone number for any purpose. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary, and you will be able to Opt-out by replying “STOP”.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
